Bottled Water

Source Filtration

The use of filtration and water treatment at the water source, reduces issues of contamination and biofilm growth in the pipework feeding the main bottling plant site. Source filtration uses depth cartridges to remove the broad array of particle sizes and following with an Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system to suppress bacteria growth is good practice.

Particle Removal

Prevents debris, dirt and particle build up in pipework and where present, premature blinding of filtration stages further along the cascade.

Ultraviolet Disinfection

UV light impedes bacterial growth by sterilising the DNA of microorganisms, suppressing bio-film and bacteria colony growth.
