What is DWI?
The Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) is an organisation which ensures water companies in England and Wales supply safe drinking water to consumers.

Regulation 31 ensures that water suppliers, when producing and distributing drinking water, only use products and substances to that do not cause any detrimental effects on the safety or quality of the drinking water.
